Help Support our Best Buddies!

Help Support our Best Buddies
Columbia Central High is helping to change lives one friendship at a time. At Central, Best Buddies is helping to create the long-lasting friendships. These friendships are for students that have a(n) IDD or Intellectual or Developmental Disability. Columbia Central is a school that is represented by several races, ethnicities, religions, and cultural backgrounds. For any of these groups ridicule, slander, and bullying, due to one's background, is unacceptable! This should be the same for our students that have IDDs. One way, Best Buddies is fighting this ridicule of students that may look, sound, and act different, is by promoting awareness. Every year, the Best Buddies organization has friendship walks to promote inclusion and to raise funds to help get Best Buddies in every city, county, state, providence, and country around the world. From continuous support, Best Buddies has and continues to change lives, but there is still a lot of ground to cover. Our chapter at Central High, would love your support financially. As financial support is necessary, our chapter also invites everyone of you to join us on October 7th at our friendship walk in Nashville! ( More information will be coming in regards to time and place for this walk of inclusion). If you can support please visit the link below:
